Isabela Kent is an Associate at Glen Echo Group, joining the firm in fall 2023 as part of the broadband team. She is eager to work at the intersection of technology policy, public affairs and coalition building at a pivotal time for tech in Washington.
Prior to Glen Echo, Isabela interned with Cornerstone Government Affairs and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which informed her interest in public affairs and communications. She also worked as an administrative and research assistant at Syracuse University’s Center for Policy Research while completing her education.
Isabela earned both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of work, she enjoys binge watching episodes of The West Wing (predictable, she knows), keeping up with SU basketball and trying different coffee shops in her new D.C. neighborhood.
