Kylee Barton
Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate at Glen Echo Group, Kylee has expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and advocacy. She has worked on multi-partner initiatives and projects to increase awareness on some of the most pressing global issues. Prior to joining the team, Kylee was a Communications Manager at the World Resources Institute (WRI) in Washington, D.C., where she led communications campaigns and other efforts to lower emissions in the private sector.
Previously, she also worked for Potomac Communications Group and specialized in press relations, social media and research for a range of clients in the energy and technology sector. Kylee graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and earned her M.A. in Political Communication from American University. Originally from Pittsgrove, New Jersey, you can usually find Kylee and her puppy, Leo, cheering on their favorite sports teams (NYY and Clemson Tigers) or finding new food spots around D.C.
