Director

As a Director at Glen Echo Group, Phil works with clients to develop and execute communications strategies that drive awareness and support for critical policy changes and platforms.

Prior to joining Glen Echo Group, Phil worked in Duke Energy's D.C. office, where he served as a spokesperson and managed communications for the company on federal affairs and policy issues such as climate, infrastructure, technology, and innovation. Outside of his role with Duke Energy, Phil has worked in various roles throughout his career where he has managed policy communications efforts at the local, state, and federal levels.

Phil earned a B.A. in History from East Carolina University. On the weekend, you can find him hanging out with his rescue pup in Shaw. Or, if it's football season, you can find Phil cheering for his Philadelphia Eagles at Boundary Stone.
