1. The non-profit behind Giving Tuesday has announced #GivingTuesdayNow, scheduled for tomorrow, May 5, as a “global generosity movement” to support those in need during the COVID-19 crisis.

2. In order to help with nationwide COVID-19 mitigation efforts, Apple has added COVID-19 testing sites to its Apple Maps app, covering all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

10. Just do it—Nike will be donating over 30,000 shoes to frontline workers fighting COVID-19. Nike partnered with non-profit Good360 to help deliver the shoes to workers in Chicago, NYC, Los Angeles and beyond.

12. Meet Barley and Buddy, Six Point Brewery's special “Brew Dogs” delivering beer to folks stuck in quarantine in New York.

13. Legendary DC-based Dischord Records has put its entire catalog online for free streaming on Bandcamp. You can support local artists by purchasing their music digitally, and on certain days each month, Bandcamp will waive artists’ fees.
