Glen Echo Group Adds Ashley Durkin-Rixey and Kieran Henstenburg to Growing Team

Washington, D.C., March 14, 2022 — Creative communications firm Glen Echo Group announced today the hiring of Ashley Durkin-Rixey and Kieran Henstenburg, the latest in a group of exciting new additions to the firm in 2022.

Ashley Durkin-Rixey joins the Glen Echo Group as a senior director. She was most recently a Director of Communications at ACT | The App Association where she led media relations and communications strategy on U.S. policy issues impacting the small businesses of the app economy. “Glen Echo Group is a leader in the intersection of tech policy and storytelling,” Durkin-Rixey said. “I’m thrilled to join this dynamic team and contribute my experiences and insight into the tech policy and media landscape.”

Kieran Henstenburg joins the Glen Echo Group as a graphic designer. He does not have to travel too far, as he just completed a design fellowship with the Glen Echo Group. “Glen Echo Group has such an incredible creative team,” Henstenburg said. “I’m really excited for the amazing work I get to contribute to.”
